Q. Can PSYCH-K® help with trauma or past emotional pain?
A. PSYCH-K® is a wonderful, non-invasive way to release trauma and emotional pain into a state of peace and non-attachment. This means you still have the memory of what happened but are no longer triggered by it. In other words, you are no longer reliving the emotional charges of the past in your current life, freeing you to start afresh.
Trauma can create all kinds of feelings including fear, anger, guilt, shame, anxiety, sadness, as well as emotional numbness or feeling flat. This can lead to low self-esteem and self worth, impacting wellbeing and life satisfaction.

A. Because we are working with the subconscious mind at the level of beliefs and perception, PSYCH-K® can help with anything at all. Clients come to me for support with stress, trauma release, grief, self-esteem, relationships, prosperity, spirituality, health concerns, phobias, learning difficulties and more.
I also help people with achieving life goals such as career change, redundancy or retirement; starting a business or finding a partner as well as adjusting to changing life situations. These include starting or ending relationships, becoming an empty nester; preparing for parenthood, pregnancy and other health issues. The sky is the limit!

Q. How long is a PSYCH-K® session?
A. Most sessions run for around 90 minutes. I find this the most effective time frame as it allows for a well-rounded approach, honouring your time and investment. Sessions are relaxed and enjoyable and the time passes quickly.

Q. Do you offer online sessions or is it only in-person?
A. I offer both online (via Zoom) and in-person sessions. Online sessions are just as effective. Often this medium allows us to get more done! Being able to offer online sessions means you can experience the benefits of PSYCH-K® from anywhere in the world in the comfort of your own home. This is especially helpful for anyone living in remote or rural areas. Sessions can also be conducted over the phone, Messenger or WhatsApp.

Q. How quickly will I notice changes?
A. Clients generally feel lighter, happier and more at ease by the end of a session. Changes can continue to unfold gradually in the days and weeks ahead.
The extent of change you experience in your daily life depends on a number of factors such as where you’re at and what you’re wanting to change. Your participation, commitment and willingness to change has an impact as well.
Everyone is unique and experiences PSYCH-K® in their own way. Some people notice gradual change and others can experience instantaneous results. You can be sure that you will experience a level of change in each session which is verified with muscle testing.
When working with the subconscious mind it’s impossible to predict exact outcomes. Sometimes people are pleasantly surprised when change occurs in areas of their life that we haven’t even addressed! When you change one part of your life it can impact other areas as well.
The more stress you transform and release the better you'll feel, becoming stronger mentally, physically and emotionally.

Q. Who do you work with?
A. I enjoy working with people from all walks and stages of life. Many of the people I work with are interested in releasing childhood influences and traumas. I love being able to help people let go of the past and look forward to a brighter, happier future.
It’s particularly rewarding to assist younger people in their teens, twenties and thirties. By resolving fears and concerns whilst gaining confidence and composure, they are in the best position to change the trajectory of their life and create a fantastic future.
Equally, I find enormous satisfaction assisting people in the 40-50 age group who come with different life experiences and challenges to address.
The people I help most often are women over 60 who are ready to release old burdens, heal deeply, and step into a brand new chapter; free to be their true selves, bolstered by a strong sense self-belief.
Fitting into this age category myself, I easily connect with and relate to many of the issues that come with this phase of life. It's so exciting to be able to help women move forward and step into their inner wisdom with ease, grace and optimism to enjoy what I believe is a most interesting and rewarding time. How liberating would it be to let go of all those things you really don’t want to continue to hold you back as you move forward into what can be the most exciting and profound time of your life!
My objective is to help my clients discover a deep sense of inner peace, a strong sense of self-confidence and to feel self-empowered whichever stage of life they’re at.
